REGULAR USERS HIRING AGREEMENT

The Committee agrees to permit the Hirer named  below to use the premises on the understanding that all conditions are adhered to at all times.  The Hire Fee shall be paid at the beginning of each period of hire if requested.

The Hirer shall notify and agree with the Booking Secretary the dates and times the hall is required. This hire agreement is effective until cancelled in writing either by the user or the Booking Secretary. Hire charges to be agreed periodically.

The Hirer should ensure that they have read and understood the Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire and that details below are correct BEFORE submitting this form.

By submitting this form I declare that I have read and understood the Conditions of Hire, and agree that they shall form part of the terms of this agreement. I also declare that the information given in this agreement is correct to the best of my knowledge and I acknowledge that any misstatement or misrepresentation will invalidate the agreement
