There is a main hall with a stage, separate bar and catering standard kitchen area.

The approximate capacities are:

     – Seated at tables 100
     – Dancing and tables 80
     – Dancing only 180
     – Closely seated 120

Heating and lighting, each with flexible control with colour downlights and a mirrorball.

Choice of 14 long and 25 square tables with 10 1.5 m round banqueting table tops.

Moderate Size 16 m by 7.5 m floor area for parties from about 30 to 120.

Stage 7 m by 6 m suitable for presentations, performances, discos and bands.

Projection screen 3.6 m diagonal with basic projector and stand available.
Disco level sound system with mixer for CD player, mic(s), and PC / iPod.
Induction loop available by arrangement.

WiFi available by request, subject to acceptance of terms and conditions

Car Parking on hard gravel surface for about 30 cars, with overflow to grass field.
Playing Field with a well equipped children’s Play Area and a Sports Court for junior football and basketball along with a Tennis Court.

Kitchen Area

The kitchen was completely refurbished in 2017. It is fitted with stainless steel units and work surfaces throughout to meet hygiene standards required for use by outside caterers.  Equipment includes a large fridge, a freezer, a ‘3 minute’ dishwasher, large oven, microwave and drinks water boiler.  White crockery and stainless steel cutlery for over 100 settings are available, together with air-pump serving flasks and glasses and serving jugs.

Field Room and Bar 

The Field Room extension and adjacent new Bar were completed in 2019.  The Field Room measures 3.7 m x 8.2 m and can accomodate about 20 people seated or 30 standing.  The adjacent new Bar is fully equiped with a fridge, drinks chiller cabinet, hot drinks water boiler, sink, glasses washer and a range of glassware and crockery.

The Field Room and Bar can be hired with the Hall.

Play Area

The Play Area was completely rebuilt in 2015 with financial assistance from a wide range of benefactors.  There are 9 pieces of play equipment including swings, slides, climbing frames and a wendy house. There are benches and a shaded area for picnics. 

Dogs are not allowed in the Play Area.

Sports Courts

There original 2 tennis courts were refurbished in 2024 to provide a court for junior football and basketball alongside the remaining tennis court.

There is no charge for the use of the courts, but priority is given to hirers of the Village Hall.
