HIRING AGREEMENT - BREDFIELD VILLAGE HALL

The Village Hall agrees to permit the Hirer to use the premises for the purpose described and for the period(s) listed below.  The Hirer shall pay the booking fee when requested.

The Hirer should ensure that they have read and understood the Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire and that details below are correct BEFORE submitting this form.

By submitting this form I declare that I have read and understood the Conditions of Hire, and agree that they shall form part of the terms of this agreement. I also declare that the information given in this agreement is correct to the best of my knowledge and I acknowledge that any misstatement or misrepresentation will invalidate the agreement.
